Stampede Visual Communications Group's End of Life (EOL) Support Policy For Hardware Products

Sony follows industry standard practices regarding the support of its discontinued (EOL) hardware products. Specifically, Sony typically offers support for a given product for a period of seven (7) years after the End-of-Life.

In order to notify end-users and channel partners, Stampede Visual Communications Group provides a specific End of Service date (defined below) for a given product through our web site at the time the EOL is announced. Such notifications will typically be posted on our website thirty to ninety (30-90) days prior to the EOL Date.

Regardless of the End of Service date, Stampede Visual Communications Group will honor the terms of any applicable previously sold service packages which were purchased prior to the End of Service date.

Changes to Stampede Visual Communications Group's End of Life Support Policy

Although every effort will be made to support EOL products in accordance with our End of Life Support Policy, Stampede Visual Communications Group reserves the right to change its policy as it deems appropriate. Stampede Visual Communications Group will announce any changes to the EOL Support Policy through the Stampede Visual Communications Group website.

Here is an explanation of some of the terms that we have used in this notice:

End-Of-Life Date

Any Stampede Visual Communications Group product being discontinued will be announced as EOL. On the EOL Date, discontinued products will only be available for purchase from Stampede Visual Communications Group on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. To inquire about availability, contact your Stampede Visual Communications Group representative or call 888-807-7473.

End of Service Date

This is the date a Stampede Visual Communications Group product will no longer be supported by Stampede Visual Communications Group. Note that Stampede Visual Communications Group may, at its discretion, stop offering Time and Materials support services prior to the End of Service Date.
